By the way, it's not only about not accepting the lifestyle (e.g. coding at night) and thus struggling to keep up with the changes -- it's also not being profitable enough to hire enough people. If you want/need to be present on the three major mobile platforms and you can only afford a team of three, for example, it can be hard sometimes.
