The two are mostly decoupled. The core language hasn't changed much since 1.0, and I think TC 52 is mostly focused on nailing down stuff that either shipped before 1.5 or won't appear until after. I don't know many details here, though. The committee is still pretty new and the communication channels are still being set up. |
