Hi! I feel you, bailing out at this point would not be great. This stood out for me: "This attitude, day in, day out." from everyone on the team. This sounds great, it means that you have built a culture that sticks. Also, it means that you can turn things around: getting people on the same page is hard; it sounds like you only need to sit down and think where you want to be, then shift gears and change the team's attitude towards the new goals. If you establish common goals, it sounds like you'll be able to create a company culture around them pretty easily. Oh, and have fun! There is light at the end of this! |
