1. FCRA has nothing to do with Criminal Records, if you think it does you might want to be looking for a lawyer or a new one if you did get legal advise. 2. My post said 5 years ago so even under your misguided time frame your company would still disclose this information 3. I am firmly against databases and service companies such as yours... I find it creepy and a huge invasion of personal liberty and privacy. |
