Well, that is actually a nice problem to have. - Loose the clients that are problematic. Keep the good clients. Those that pay well, help you learn, and recommend you. - Also, force people to follow a schedule. Don't allow people to work more than 40 hours a week. Your business should be sustainable. 14 hours a day is unsustainable and hurts the business. It is already burning you out. |
