The article alludes to data backing up what they're saying, but (as far as I can tell) doesn't actually reference any. It is just a collection of anecdotes. I have found that as I've been at companies longer, I'm more able to make certain things happen and I'm more capable of making a difference. That ability corresponds to an increase in my pay. |
