I'd take a look at Financius (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.code44.fin...). The design is fairly clean and the development is done in the open, which is nice.

I've been using Financisto (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ru.orangesoftw...) for about two years now, and absolutely love it!

A little rough on the eyes, but absolutely great in every other context. Free and OSS as well! :)
