Honestly, for what you are trying to do, I would go bootstrap or foundation framework, HTML5 and CSS3. Not even JavaScript. That's it. Skip the SASS, LESS, Python, WordPress, Flask or other stuff everyone here is talking about. You don't need it. Some plain static webpages. Period. |
