Same here! SMS'ing from the 10.4 Dashboard was fantastic. I even had a second Nokia with a GPRS flatrate in my backpack and could use it as an occasional hotspot throughout the week, then charge it on the weekends. Turning on the iOS hotspot from OS X 10.10 even works exactly like tethering via Bluetooth used to work, from the menu bar. |
