Simple customer here as well. Enjoy the service, thought I'd add on to the downsides as well: Some merchant accounts view your Simple account as a Pre-paid card, which may (has for me) caused issues with refunds & deposits. From simple's fantastic (they really are fantastic and responsive) support: "We share a BIN (the first 4 digits of your card number) with a lot of prepaid cards, and a lot of merchants have policies about anything that looks like a prepaid card. That being said, your Simple card is not a prepaid card -- it's associated with a personal checking account at our partner bank." |
