It looks like /r/vegetarianketo recommends TVP: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Textured_vegetable_protein (I had some non-keto veggie lasagna made with TVP a few months ago, and I thought it was delicious).

Also, allegedly oysters are okay to eat?
