But the problem here is not that he does not have money - the $ 10k belong to him. It's just that he needs to open up a bank-account to access that money. The potential for sex (your analogy)/money is there but the conditions to "release it" aren't met. Or to use your analogy: he has someone willing to have sex with him, but that person doesn't want to do it on the street - this person just wants to have sex in a proper bed. |
