Your website is seen to reflect the quality & state of your product - by extension it _is_ your product. I realize all the negative feedback must be demoralizing, but humans are silly beasts who have knee-jerk reactions to most things, and don't bother delving any further. Unfortunately, it's often best to cater to that. |
