I would generally agree with this, but just for the record: the city of Vienna has been governed by the center-left Social Democratic Party since 1946. And for the last four years they have been in a coalition with the Green Party.

Not to mention that it's been voted as No-1 in living standards in the world, the last 5 years in a row.

Not that you can't always get better but saying that Vienna is not properly managed, as Greek, makes wanna commit suicide.
