At least one Valve game will be running on Android soon, Portal is coming for the Nvidia Shield in the next few days:

It looks like Nvidia is handling the port themselves, though, so who knows what that means for other Valve titles.

EDIT: Well, apparently Half-Life 2 is getting ported next. So Valve games are coming to Android, although only for Nvidia Shield users so far.
