I think a better demo would be a game where you're playing the ISP trying to maximize the profits from captive neighborhoods of customers. There could be activities such as offering a toll gate speed-up packages for popular websites, and placing your former lobbyist as a regulatory officer, and buying up more ISPs to get more captive neighborhoods.
