You should note that Rotten Tomatoes' main score is just the percentages of yay vs nay, meaning, the "percentage of critics who have given the movie a positive score". If you look below that, you can see the actual "Average Score", which in the case of "Neighbors" is actually lower than IMdB's, at 7.1/10. |
