1) Im not a big fan of having to create an account to be able to test drive the product.

If there was some way for me to experience the offering without doing that in some interactive/limited way, that would go a long way towards whether I'm even interested in taking the next step with fitbay (ie requesting an invite)

2) I only noticed the "or scroll to learn more" after watching the video Perhaps you should test having only the video and only the scrolling and see what works better - I'm not sure having both options is necessary. I will say that my personal preference would've been the scrolling option rather than the video because its much more visually appealing & would be quicker for me to get the message that way.

Also if going down the route with the video, test whether having the video embedded vs having to click to launch it makes any difference. Having it embedded means that there is no way that someone is going to miss noticing that there is an explainer video.
