Hey, I'm the author!! I've been involved in the tech industry for about 4 years and I've seen many women leave during that period who told me it's due to the hostile environment. It makes me very sad that they don't feel empowered to say anything, or sometimes get silenced when they do stand up for themselves. Hopefully one day it won't be a problem! |
