Does anyone know other EU-based PaaS providers? One that comes into my mind is CloudControl [1]

How about EU IaaS? I'd love to see something that's not under US jurisdiction, but provides, say, an OpenStack service (and potentially value-adds).

Clever Cloud is a French PaaS provider. I have no experience with them.

Clients I speak to are interested in cloud solutions. But as soon as information security comes up anything related to America (ownership as well) is a no go. So I'd think that there's a pent up need for reputable EU PaaS providers.
