I love the arrogance: "We think [newspapers] will mostly die, because we think we know what will replace them..." You sure you want a team to work on the problem - or just to work on proving what you think you know? And why see the answer only in terms of "a content site"? The way we access news and information as individuals is already varied and becoming more so each month - and that's before we start to think about what might be arounf next year and the year after.
