I believe the tests are closely supervised, with a fully attentive person sitting in the front seat ready to take over. If anyone died or there was some accident, that person would be liable. (Although the public outcry/fear mongering over a death in that situation would likely be a huge setback. I'm sure they're being extraordinarily careful.) |
