First time, long time. I'm the creator of PaperBox (http://www.gopaperbox.com), a document scanning and organization system for mobile (iPhone only right now) and the web. There are lots of similar solutions, but ours has a few unique features that make it stand out (web interface, fundamentally dependent on Dropbox, sharing, reminders, etc).
