If there was an outage, it seems to be resolved now. Everything's working for me.

It must be related to the ISP then. Anyone else on Time Warner Cable in the US that is having these issues?

Yes, it appears to be Time Warner Cable specific (in the Triangle NC area, at least)

Yes on Time Warner and was having issues. Seems to be resolved now.
