Sorry, but you probably won't get anything if none of your equity is vested yet. You need to check your employment agreement to see if there is an acceleration clause that accelerates the vesting of some/all of your equity in the event of an acquisition or other ownership transfer. Otherwise, if you're lucky, you might get a job at the acquirer with a salary bump. |
