And I'm sure something to be said for transitional friction. To me dropbox is very simple: a folder you stick your things in and it syncs. I'm sure Google/SugarSync/Box/Drive etc do that just fine. I rarely if ever go on the dropbox site. Why haven't I switched to a cheaper option? Too much friction to move things over. |
