I do exercise, but not as much as I'd like to. Half the trouble is finding time in a busy day when I still think of myself as horribly unfit (I recently lost 70 pounds and am a lot fitter than I used to be!). One of the first things I tried to get my body clock sorted out was morning gym sessions, but I just couldn't afford the time or subscription cost. |
