Remember that this is New York City. $6000 is great money to begin with. Add $2000/month minimum for rent. (And imagine digging up a security deposit too...) This is investment banking money for a software firm with a much more respectable work-life balance. (I have no connection to the firm, though I have read pretty much everything that Joel has written) |
