I guess it really depends on the companies, but from my experience with an HR system targeting larger hiring organizations (think several hundreds to thousands of hires per year), "better batch printout" functionality is a common feature request. When I am doing interviews I like having a paper copy of the resume to that I can get inspiration for the "discussion" part of the meeting. |
