INAL, but if you contribute materially to a business, you cannot be an unpaid intern. It's probably highly illegal to use the fruits of your labor in any significant way. Internships are there for you to learn, not for companies to exploit slave labor. Of course, as everyone else has said, talk to a lawyer. |
