I work for people all the time who have different political views than myself. They even are millionaires or billionaires who donate a lot to those causes. That does not make me ask the CEO to step down.
Having a difference of opinion is not the same as helping fund a campaign and then refusing to explain your reasons. And I would not work for a company if I knew that the CEO was funding certain causes.
