We will never be able to have such an open debate like this again. Future conversations on how to improve HN will be filtered by 1000+ karma users. That seems at odds with what HN news stands for. While I have confidence in the abilities of these 1000+ karma users, it doesn't seem the right way. I am confident that with some refinements a good outcome will be reached. |
