I'm sure this is against Spotify's TOS in some way.

Probably. If their lawyers are worth their salt, the TOS are written so as many people as possible are violating them, in case they need a legal excuse.

Not sure about that. But if it isn't against the current TOS you can bet your ass it will be against the TOS by tomorrow.
