I'm only superficially familiar with Agile. I feel this piece isn't very specific -- specifically, what benefits of Agile are being missed and why? I like the Cargo Cult analogy, and the author paints a fairly clear picture of what misapplied Agile tends to look like. Just not clear on what it should look like. |
