We integrate with CRMs like SalesForce and phone systems to gather data, and then add an engagement layer on top of KPI data. Many of our early customers have described Ambition as "fantasy football for work", and the moniker is fairly accurate. Our goal is to make work more tolerable, impactful, and ultimately fun for employees - while delivering significant ROI for our customers. In limited pilots, Ambition has produced incredible results - in some cases up to 50% increase in metrics. With the data to back up our product and a growing pipeline of customers, we're ready to double (nay quadruple down) and attack our market.
