Those are two different propositions. Tearing things down inevitably breaks vital things and should only be a last resort. But that says nothing about whether incremental improvement is possible. However, nobody wants to put the effort into organising politically to cause improvements to the existing system. Because they don't trust anyone, and only care for the increase of their own wallet. |
