Your artcile is interesting, but in my opinion, it is still early to say if there is a valuation bubble around startups acquisitions. $16B sounds a lot to me. Also, business that scale without monetize are exceptions. Here in Brazil, Investors hold them money until you show them some clients. If you raise money in early stages you have to sell give in a lot of share. But I agree with you that it can open some minds.
