I think it is the sort of skill some people get it some people don't. I did a intense year long IT conversion course in 2000 (dot com boom time). The course started with 3 weeks of intense Java teaching followed by an exam. If the student failed the exam, they were advised not to take the course. A couple of the people decided to stay on anyway, and didn't do very well afterwards. |
