Win+X, P or open Explorer at "Computer". There is a big "Open Control Panel" button in the ribbon (reachable via Alt+C, C). That being said, search brings me exactly where I want, while the control panel is not my end goal, so I didn't have to open it in quite a while (both on Win 8 and Win 7). |
