Ask HN: Best NYC 1-2 night get away for coding

Hey, I'd like to take a train ride (preferred) from NYC to some place easy to get to by train (1-4 hours) for a coding retreat. This is for a side project that needs a push and dedicated attention. Has anyone done this?

I'd imagine it would be best if a train ride that had wifi but that's not super required (long stints with no internet would let some code get written). A hotel or nice AirBNB cottage would need to have wifi and to keep it cheap under 150 a night.

Anyone ever done this and would you have suggestions for towns or specific cottages/homes that you've done this at?
