Multiple emails and LinkedIn messages per day is the usual. I don't even have connections who are recruiters, but I have used agencies to look for jobs in the past. It's almost like they share a candidate database, because I'm not sure how half of them know I exist. I'm a developer in North-West England, predominantly C#. |
