How is refusing to offer any other way to verify identity solving the problem well? The poster was able to fax identification to PayPal and other companies to be able to sign up. Taking the decision of a data set that is known to have flawed data on at least a small percentage of the population as final, and having no way to appeal is pretty terrible really. |
