This was not the case for me. I recently transferred a domain from Network Solutions to Hover for reasons similar to the OP. These instructions worked for me: https://help.hover.com/entries/21240798-How-to-Transfer-a-do... This requires patience; it took 2 days to receive my transfer code from Network Solutions but I did not need to make any phone calls. |
