It's never been about equality of opportunity. It's always been about equality of outcome which in itself is a very un-capitalist view. I understand:
Maybe we can give women a shot at this and see if they can do really well. It might work, or it might not. It's a market that's un-tapped and we might end up with great results. Let's try this out. I don't understand:
