Are you able to speak with him via email or chat instead of talking in person? Maybe he's jealous, maybe he just doesn't like your face, whatever it is. Who cares, if you have to ask something of him in person just bring your smartphone and record the conversation and tell him beforehand this way if he does, you can give it to upper management so they can make a decision. |
