I like these questions but they feel like a review of "Javascript: The Good Parts." Still, there's no doubt that someone who does well with these questions is going to have excellent javascript-fu. My first concern when hiring front-end engineers is the engineering part. It's just too easy for a front-end dev to have excellent javascript knowledge and still create intolerable code. I'll actually be doing an interview in two days so I'll give the above a whirl and see. |
