It happened to me once but the upper management couldn't really care because it's a startup with no real business yet. Also, later I found that although the upper management criticise about X privately but claims their support to X in public. I guess that the upper management could not admit that they made such a mistake, the whole company would lose their faith if it's officially confirmed that they have been wasting time for years. |
