After using vim for a while by recommendation of acquaintances, I decided to give Emacs a try on Windows and GNU/Linux. I've found that it's quite enjoyable, even though I'm too lazy to customize it extensively. It has a lot of nice things already built-in. I would say it's the best FOSS text editor on Windows, at least. |
