Yes, I am aware of that. I told them in my last email that I will be reversing my ACH if they continue to ignore me.

you should just get it reversed as soon as possible. Combined with the fall of BTC you are lucky to have a "out".

Also once you threaten the reversal there isn't much reason for them to work with you. What if they give you BTC tomorrow and you reversed the ACH already.

Second this. Get your money back, live to fight another day. Why ask for delivery and suffer a loss?
Reverse now. You have plenty of proof. There's no need to take a bath on this.
Actually having this option is really good and you should use it, as there could be a likelihood of "legitimate" BTC services facing bank runs in the current panic.

Of course, you could be contributing in a bank run, though that's not your concern.

Could you talk about why you don't want to reverse it?
You are aware that the BTC value just dropped dramatically right? Why dont you reverse if thats possible?
