Hi, Author here. The entrepreneur visa which I describe does not yet exist. The bill (which including the visa) passed the Senate in June and has yet to be voted on in Congress.

The E2 treaty investor visa is what I know the closest existing visa.

I hope this doesn't sound snarky or mean, but you might want to run a spell checker over your posts in the future. Some of the errors stood out strongly enough that they really interrupted the flow of the writing (which was otherwise structured quite nicely.)
